With help from Mik Davis (Guerrilla Radio), Barrister Bob and Sam Adcock (Tunes Til Two), we’re adding material to the popGeezeer Radio Vault of Sounds daily, exponentially expanding our programming variety and pop music mix.
With all that in mind, here’s our new weekly schedule, effective Monday June 7th, 2010!!

MONDAY: The week in Pop starts with “New Music Mondays“. At least every other week, we’ll have a brand new episode of “New Music Monday“, our two-hour look at the latest in brand new pop music. That will be followed by encores of our most recent “NMM” shows. The whole shooting match starts at 10 AM CT, and then the cycle repeats throughout the day.

TUESDAY: It’s “Tunes ‘Til Tuesday“, as we feature multiple episodes of Sam Adcock’s classic rock mega-mix all day long. Every Tuesday, starting at 8 AM CT, enjoy free access to the “TT2″ archives with a mix of classic and recent shows.

WEDNESDAY: Our “Longform Hump-Day” features a collection of long-mixes of music, programmed by your popGeezer and Mik Davis. Also part of the day, radio specials from the archives of organizations like BBC Radio, focusing on classic rock and pop artists and music.

THURSDAY: “Fresh-Mix Thursday” will include a totally fresh multi-hour mix of classic and modern pop programmed by your popGeezer during the morning and early afternoon hours, followed by a grab-bag of encore popGeezer Radio programming.

FRIDAY: “Free-Form Friday” is the 21st Century equivalent of the old “Mickey Mouse Club”s Anything Can Happen Day. No, we won’t run episodes of “Spin and Marty”, but other than that all bets are off.

SATURDAY: At 8 AM CT, it’s the latest episode of Sam Adcock’s “Tunes ‘Til Two“, which will rotate between all-new and classic installments.
Following “TT2″, there will be an encore of the most recent “popGeezer Radio” pod. Then, in the afternoon, Mik Davis lands behind the mic for a live edition of “Guerrilla Radio“, where he takes your requests on the show that redefines free-form radio!!
An Saturday nights at 6 PM CT, prepare youself for a mountain of mellow as “Barrister Bob’s Tiki-Lounge” opens up for three hours of serving musical libation!

SUNDAY: Each Sunday, from 8 AM to 2 PM CT, Mik continues to own the weekend by playing awesome sounds, take your requests, and make your weekend so much cooler with “Sunday Morning Comin’ Down“. Mik will demonstate his artistry in mixing the most Modern and fabulously Classic of rock music during this six-hour, live show. Following Mik at 2 PM CT is none other than the old popGeezer. It’s ”popGeezer Radio“, the radio show that combines broadcast radio and podcasting into one compact theme show, and gives you the music mix that defines our station and gives it its name.
